After earning her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi and specializing in Orthopedics at Hamdard University, India, she has spent over seven years refining her physiotherapy skills.

Niharika is known for her attentive listening and personalized care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for her clients. She believes that clear communication and a balanced approach to physical, psychological, and motivational needs are key to successful rehabilitation.

Dylan Aurmoogam

  • Dylan was born in Mauritius Island and moved to Vancouver in 2008. He worked as a Kinesiologist treating clients with post MVA injuries before he decided to pursue further studies and earned his Master of Physical Therapy from UBC.

  • Dylan has gained a variety of physiotherapy experience in different settings -Community Clinic at GF Strong, Outpatient Clinic at Surrey Memorial Hospital, Stroke Rehab Unit at Laurel Place and Acute Care Unit at Ridge Meadows Hospital.

  • Dylan will work with you to design a plan that will meet your goals and maximize your recovery. Dylan uses a variety of manual therapy techniques such as myofascial release, soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations and manipulations. Dylan loves treating neck pain, various shoulder conditions, back pain, post-surgical hip and knee replacements and sports related injuries- His approach is hands on, exercise based and person-centered.

  • During his spare time, Dylan enjoys playing soccer, working out, hiking, and going to the beach.

Simran Chahal

Simran is a compassionate physiotherapist deeply driven by the values instilled by her grandparents, who raised her to always lend a helping hand to others. They taught her that education is a privilege, and with that privilege comes the responsibility to give back to her community. This belief fuels her passion for making healthcare more inclusive and compassionate, empowering others to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

After earning her Master’s in Physical Therapy from University of British Columbia, Simran brings a patient-centered approach to her practice, tailoring treatments to each individual’s needs and goals. She combines evidence-based methods, including manual therapy and personalized exercise plans, to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and support recovery. Her commitment extends beyond rehabilitation to injury prevention, helping patients manage their long-term health and well-being.

Outside of her work, Simran cherishes quality time with her family—especially her grandparents—enjoys peaceful nature walks with her dog, plays the piano as a creative outlet, and loves connecting with friends over meals or coffee.

Nathan Copeland

REGISTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Nathan, born and raised in the B.C. lower mainland,is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong foundation in both physical rehabilitation and the psychological aspects of recovery. He earned his Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of British Columbia after completing a Bachelor’s degree at the University of the Fraser Valleywith a major in Psychology and minor in Sociology. His diverse academic background allows him to take a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, considering both the physical and mental well-being of his patients.

Nathan has experience in both hospital and private clinic settings and currently practices at Peace Arch Hospital. He has received additional education including the Canadian Orthopedic Division Advanced Integrated MSK Level 1 and Bobath neurological rehabilitation introductory course, equipping him with specialized knowledge in neuromuscular rehabilitation and movement analysis. With years of experience working with children and adolescents in healthcare and other settings, Nathan has developed a strong ability to connect with individuals of all ages, and prides himself on making rehabilitation engaging and approachable.Nathan integrates manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, and patient education to help his clients reduce pain, regain function, and return to the activities they love.

Outside of the clinic, Nathan enjoys hiking, travelling, playing music, or recreational sports, and always is looking for ways to stay active and explore new challenges.
